How it works
Determine where the person you are searching for has lived and type the relevant state into the search bar above. Once on the state page, there will be varied options including County Courts, Sex Offender Registries or Department of Corrections. Note: Not all states have online search sites so the listings may be shorter for some states. Once you choose which search you want, you will follow the instructions on that particular agencies website. Just a few things to note. Many of these court and agency searches are free of charge. However some of them do require that you create an account and/or charge fees for case information. You are welcome to try as many sites as you like to get the most information on the person you are trying to do the criminal background check on.
